Timberline’s Cascade Dining Room offers gourmet Pacific Northwest cuisine. The Blue Ox Bar, with glass mosaic murals from the 1930s, serves imported beer and wine along with European-style light lunches. The Ram’s Head Bar offers a panoramic view of the Cascades to the south and Mount Hood to the north from its location on the third level.

Silcox Hut: Located at the 7,000-foot level of Mt. Hood, below the Palmer icefield, the Silcox Hut was originally the top terminal and warming hut for the Magic Mile Chairlift. A rustic stone and timber structure, it was built in 1939 by the W.P.A. and was restored a few years ago by the Friends of Silcox Hut. It is open to the public for day and overnight use. Reservations can be made by calling 800-547-1406.
