Reservations for air, auto, and lodging can be obtain at this magazine's Expedia.com page.

The driving route from and back to Phoenix requires approximately 10 hours of total driving time. Phoenix to Flagstaff requires approximately three hours. Flagstaff to the Grand Canyon takes approximately two hours, and the Canyon to Sedona takes approximately three hours. The drive from Sedona back to Phoenix requires two hours.

Staying There: Motels, bed and breakfast inns, and restaurants are plentiful in Phoenix, Flagstaff, Tusayan (near the Grand Canyon) and in Sedona. At almost any time of the year it is recommended to have reservations. If you intend to stay in Grand Canyon Village or at the Colorado River in Phantom Ranch, it will require reservations as much as one year in advance.
