Getting There: Northwest, Delta, Horizon and Sky West offer more than 150 flights a week into Bozeman, located 43 miles north of Big Sky via Highway 191. Car rentals are available as are shuttles. Car rental agencies include Avis, Hertz, National, Bozeman Ford, Budget, Rent-A-Wreck, Thrifty, and U-Save. The 4x4 Stage shuttle van has daily scheduled departures from Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport. Reservations are recommended at (406) 388-6404 or (800) 517-8243. At the resort, the SnowExpress provides free local shuttle bus service between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily. Mountain taxi service is also available. Day trips are also offered to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park.
